A drug, broadly speaking, is any substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function. But, by this definition, Tylenol and alcohol are also drugs. While I don't buy into Teseer's "it's natural, therefore not bad" idea (cough, cough, hemlock and nightshade), but if you have to have a vice, weed is not the worst you can do. It's relatively harmless; smoking tobacco is actually worse for your health. Marijuana has been demonized by the press like video games and R-rated movies in order to further political careers.
Nope, I don't smoke.
The chemicals that companies put in cigarettes are bad, if you smoke tobacco in its natural form is causes way less damage to the lungs then weed does.
lol thats a crock from what ive read the damaging side effects of weed are largly unknown where as the medicinal effects of weed are coming out of every imaginable orifice. but the damaging effects of tabacco be it natural or inhanced with other chemicals is quite harmful.
There are many studies saying Weed does more damage to your lungs then tobacco because there is 33% more tar in the thicker smoke. There is very little data on mortality because most of the studies only have teenage data due to the illegality of marijuana. This is natural tobacco vs weed. Of course cigarettes are worse for you because of the chemicals, but marijuana gives you all kinds of lung issues, it is not totally safe and definitely not healthy for you.
