So, I've heard things about a Milky Way custom map in one of the expansions. All I really know about it is that there's Dread Lords near the galactic core and that most habitable planets require extreme colonization techs.

Can anyone who's played the map share some information about it? It sounds like a pretty neat idea. In particular, I'm wondering:

1. What effect do the Dread Lords have on the course of play? I tried the 'Unlimited Power' scenario in DL, which featured Dread Lords, and I noticed that not a single war broke out until the DLs went down, at which point diplomatic relations sank between every race and three wars broke out within a few months.

2. What's the number of races the map supports?

3. Does each star have only one planet, the way most of the DL custom maps do?

Oh, and is it in DA/TA or TA only?
