I am getting back into the game, and I am having trouble enabling fleet combat or I misunderstanding the concept. My current battles, even with fleets formed via the form fleet button, are just quick affairs that use the standard map graphics. That does not seem like fleet combat. My understanding is that the screen changes to focus on the combat so the player can view and understand the dynamics of the game better. Is that the case? If so, where do I enable this? The tutorial mentions this, but does not specify where to toggle the setting.
