I've been trying to update SoaSE and Impulse is not cooperating. It keeps giving me this message saying that I'm in offline mode and that I need to log in to download updates. The problem is, I'm NOT in offline mode, and I AM logged in. If anybody could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Nevermind, that problem is solved, but now I've got a couple of new ones. Impulse says that I need to update my registration before I can download updates for SoaSE and Entrenchment. It says that my serial number is invalid, but I have the box and the number right in front of me, and the number is correct.

Also, Impulse is refusing to auto-update, claiming first that I need to restart Impulse, then, when I do restart it, it tells me that I need administrative privileges to download an auto-update. It's MY computer. I HAVE administrative privileges.

I'm confused and more than a little frustrated, so if anyone could help me out, that would be great.
