Did you possibly purchase Entrenchment under a different email address than you had purchased Sins? I do see your registration for Sins under this email address, but nothing for Entrenchment. Since we'd probably need to get alternate email addresses from you to look up your information, I would suggest writing in to support@stardock.com with this information and they should be able to assist you.
