Map Editor

Hey guys

Just got the game a couple of days ago and decided to try out the map editor.. now I've made my map to immense proportions and added 7 races with their own homeworld and 3 basic ships. Ive save it in the GCMapEditor in the Twilight Data Folder and it doesnt appear in the custom menu when I press the pull down menu..

Is there any chance anyone could help me with this please?
