Having the same issues. Buttons are missing, randomly colored stripes showing on the main map, basically just the same as the screenshots above.

The current thinking on the family tree issue is that the video cards are not properly reporting their texture capabilities, so the texture atlas has issues. In which case further texture issues are not wholly unexpected.
