space rangers 2

I am having an issue after installing SR2. Strarforce needs reboot to fully install. I reboot and it takes me to system restore screen...lol So I am curious if there has been an issue with this before...? is it a starforce issue? anyways im unable to start or load any part of this game. I click finish and it reboots. 6g ram 2.4ghz running vista

Starforce is an extremely notorious form of DRM.  The product pages for Space Rangers 2, Space Rangers 2: Reboot, and Space Rangers Complete do not list it as being used.  I am aware that the retail version of this game used that form of copy protection.

The original version had Starforce, the jewel case they released later didn't. Unless Stardock is getting sloppy, I didn't think the Impulse version had it.
