Installed the game; launched it; requires update; launched Impulse for the download; completed online registration (with an annoying email validation--as if some hacker really wants to jack this service :-/ ); presents the following highly descriptive error message "Problem retrieving update data."
Anti-virus software turned off; firewall turned off; same problem persists. Windows XP Pro (32-bit) w/SP3
Any recommendations for how to obtain the update?
