So, this is my fourth attmept at a demigod, I have too much time, it is not my best, but let me know what you think. Again, sorry for the long story and the lack of numbers in the abillities, if you want to help with that feel free to.
Inspiration: I got the idea for this from when I was listening to Crack the Skye by Mastodon(which is about Rasputin) and was having a conversation with friends about the JRPG Infinite Undiscovery, also I have been studying Hitler and the Nazi cult in history recently so that shows.
Name: The Chained (Raskur the Chained)
Type: General

Strengths: Can attack multiple enemies at once, High survivability
Weaknesses: Low speed, Low attack power
Background:
Raskur the Chained had heard legends of mortals in other lands who had achieved divine like powers very early in life. As a child Raskur had become immediately fascinated with these tales and desired nothing more than to attain powers like these. Unfortunately, the land he was from, called Hakuvn, had no such myths as these, so Raskur had no idea of what he might have to do in order to fulfill his goal. However, Raskur studied all the lore available, those already present in Hakuvn and whenever a traveler from a distant land appeared he would learn of that land's myths, he poured over these in his youth in order to come up with a viable plan to fulfill his deepest desire.
Later in his life Raskur became a priest in cult called the Watchers of Ragnheim that believed that if the place the gods lived could be brought closer to the mortal realm that there would be no more war, famine, or plague. The gods that the people of Hakuvn worshipped lived on a small planet in the sky, it was not a moon, it was something different and unique. The small planet was called Ragnheim and it was said that a whole variety of gods lived there, and that the ones that were beneficial to the realm were most powerful. Raskur was a zealot of the cult because he believed that if he could get to Ragnheim that he would gain divine power.
Over the course of decades Raskur helped the cult develop a legion of religious zealots, and firmly planted itself as a legitimate yet insane set of beliefs. Once the cult gained complete control over a small region called Asron, they went to work constructing a massive citadel. Raskur had an absurd theory that they could use to pull Ragnheim closer to the mortal realm, so the purpose of the citadel was to house the central chain that would bring an end to all wars, and Raskur hoped would also give him divine power.
The years and the chain's construction progressed and Raskur himself took part in its completion, which was a crowning moment for the cult. It had been decided that an expeditionary group, led by Raskur, would be sent onto Ragnheim in order to find the gods and gain their blessing. What actually happened on Ragnheim though was not what was expected.
The expedition found a grand, magnificent hall not far from where the chain connected to Ragnheim, and it was decided that they must try to make contact with the denizens inside. The group believed that whoever lived in that hall must be one of the gods. When they came upon the entrance the gate had an inscription in runes. Raskur being the religious leader of the group translated what it said:
"The runes say "The home of Lesser Gods this place is, Entrance is not for mere mortals to attain, The blood of Higher Gods must flow for entry, If you think the blood flows in you take a chance, Go ahead and place your hands, The entry way shall know your true lineage." Puzzled by the inscription's statement, but intrigued at the same time for if he could pass the entry's test, perhaps it would show that he could attain the divine powers he so desired. Raskur placed his hands upon the gate and heard the hinges creak as though they had not been oiled in eons. The group was shocked that Raskur could pass a test of divine lineage, but it only increased their morale.
The expedition then delved into the vast hall, however they were shocked to see that it looked as though no one had ever dwelled in it. It did not look decayed, but lifeless and untouched by the passage of time. After wandering about the hall Raskur came upon a circular room with runes on the ground in a pattern that suggested it was used for mystical uses. He walked into the center of the room in order to get a better look at the runes, however Raskur soon found himself bent over on the ground and it looked as though the runes, now glowing, had moved and bound him, and the entrance to the circular room was promptly shut
Then a voice spoke in Raskur's head, but it was like nothing he had heard before, it seemed to be as though it was multiple voices yet still one. "We see that you passed the gate's test, so you have the correct blood, and if the gate tells the truth it is the blood of the so-called 'All-Father.' Now let us peek into your mind and see how and why you ventured here."
Raskur saw the runes move on the ground in front of him and depict scenes from the legends he had heard of in his youth. The voice spoke; "Ah, you covet power like these others with the blood of the 'All-Father.' Now let us see how you reached this place." The Runes then showed scenes from the Watchers of Ragnheim's conquest of Asron, and then the construction of the citadel and then the chain to bring Ragnheim closer to the mortal realm. "Well, quite the ambitious one you are. We are impressed with how long you planned, and the scope of your actions. So, we shall grant you the ability to fulfill your cult's wish and yours."
Raskur watched in horror as he saw chains, that looked like the one that he had connected to Ragnheim, rise up from the runes and then attach and insert themselves into Raskur's arms and legs. Raskur then heard the screams of the rest of the expedition. After being freed from the rune covered ground, he rushed to see what had happened to his comrades. It appeared as though the same chains that had imbedded themselves into Raskur had done the same to them, however the chains were in places all over their bodies. They departed from the hall and headed back for the Citadel of the Watchers of Ragnheim. On the way Raskur told them of what had happened, and they did not doubt their religious leader, for he had proved that he was a zealot to the cause repeatedly in the past, and swore and oath of utter loyalty to him.
Upon returning to the mortal realm of Hakuvn, Raskur and his small company loyal zealots began the work of fulfilling the cult's wishes. They easily subdued the nearby regions, by tearing down the fortresses of the chieftains, and brought an end to war by ruling with an iron fist. The populace was incredibly fearful of Raskur and his, as they came to be called, 'Enchained' whose mystical origin outright destroyed any belief in that Raskur's rule was not correct and the way things should be.
Years passed, generations of denizens of Hakuvn came and went, but Raskur and his Enchained maintained peace in the land. They became more lenient to the local populace, but whenever any actions were taken that could threaten the peace of Hakuvn, they were quickly and brutally extinguished. So, it was that war ended in Hakuvn, but at the cost of many personal freedoms, and most significantly the humanity of Raskur and his Enchained.
Abilities:
Rip It Down - (anti-structure) The Chained sends a chain out at a tower(ala Scorpion's 'Get Over Here') and tries to yank it down. Causes a lot of damage, but has high mana cost and a rather decent cooldown. Later upgrade allows for it to be used against Demigods and it pulls them closer to the Chained.
Create the Enchained - Pulls nearby allied reinforcements into the ground and replaces them with the Enchained, who use a morning star and hit multiple targets with their attacks
Loyalty of the Enchained (passive) - The Enchained have their stats increase depending on how many there are, also have a slight attack buffing aura and receive a slight defense buff when by the Chained.
Leash The Insolent - The Chained sends a chain out, and embeds it, at an enemy Demigod, causing damage, but also making it so that for the length of the spell the enemy demigod must remain in a certain radius of the Chained, also has a slight mana drain.
All Watching Chains (passive) - Creates an extra chain on the Chained which is independent, each upgrade adds another chain and increases attack speed. First upgrade also makes it to where the Chained's main chains hit multiple enemies.
Twirling Chains - The Chained spins his main chains around in an area attack, is medium range and not great damage, but lasts for a period of time and the Chained can move while doing it.
Envy of Divinity (passive) - The Chained gains an attack and attack speed bonus when his attention is focused on enemy Demigods.
