mods

heyas all, i've been trying to play some of the modded versions of the game but no matter what mod i download and instll they never seem to work. even thought the game show the mod as enables from the options>>>mod screen. i was trying to get either requiem or the real capital ships mod to work? anyone have any idea's why i can't get these to work?

The problem is that these mods were all made for much earlier versions of the games. The mods section on Impulse does nothing to sort mods by what version they are made for, so chances are, anything that you download is a giant waste of your time. It also doesn't help that the mod developers don't make it clear and obvious which version of the game the mod is compatible with.

Your best bet is to look on the Sins filefront page, as they actually do go through the effort of sorting mods by their corresponding game versions.
