putting mac osx on a pc??

I was thinking the other day, now that we can purchase a glorified overpriced Mac and purchased pain in the behind Windows on it.  Can we do the reverse with PC but instead load Mac OS X on it???  I mean..a computer is as good or user friendly as its operating system.

yeah, but i can put windows on a mac. I don't see Bill Gates go knocking on mac user.  So why should Steve Jobs has problems with us PC user putting mac OS X on pc.
