To avoid potentially wasting bandwidth for your download cap, I would suggest adding Impulse.exe (typically located in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Impulse) as an exception in any security software you might have. Also, if you have Ad-Aware or SpyBot installed you may want to temporarily disable those as they usually prevent Impulse from working/completing downloads.
