Invalid Registration

I just got in and found two updates.  One was for Sins of a Solar Empire and one was for entrenchment.  The main update worked fine, but the Entrenchment update will not progress because it says my registration is invalid.  All previous updates worked fine since I bought the beta, but now the registration is invalid?  Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and if so, how do did you resolve it?

I was Having the same problem so I went to play the game and it said I needed to uninstall it through star dock. Now entrenchment is missing altogether and I don’t know how to reinstall it without buying it again. That would be a lousy option. O and to top it off, I can't start sins after reintalling and updating it gose strait to a mini dump

I'm getting the same error "Sins has detected files from an earlier Entrenchment beta installation. Please uninstall Sins and Entrenchment via Impulse and reinstall both. This is a limitation from earlier betas and will not be an issue with the Entrenchment release or future Sins updates"

 I completely deleted all files and reinstalled and now they work but that was strange no other update gave that message.

Recon1994 and Pishpot, I do not see Entrenchment associated with your account. This usually happens if it was purchased with a different email address. If you guys could PM me any alternative email addresses you may have used I should be able to merge your accounts up and you should be good to go. Alternatively you could send an email to support@stardock.com and we will get to it ASAP starting tomorrow.

To use the latest update for Entrenchment and not have it crash, you must uninstall Sins via Impulse, reboot your PC, then re-install Sins and then Entrenchment.

Now I have uninstalled using impulse rebooted my computer reinstalled sins off impulse and get a sins dump crash when I try to start the game. OK no problem uninstall using impulse restart my computer and try to reinstall using my disk. It comes up with an error saying something is wrong with the install components. Rise and repeat with impulse uninstall try the disk again it comes up with error 4XXX I think because it gets locked behind the Sins screen when I tried to move it.

I really like this game even with all the beta problems. There is nothing like meeting strange and new cultures and then wiping them out of the galaxy. But this uninstall reinstall process dose not seem to be working.
