New Entrenchment beta version has invalidated registrations?

Hello.

The new Entrenchment Beta 2.0 has apparently invalidated my registrations for it? I cannot download updates for it and the CD-Key does not work.

I've googled around and apparently this has happened last year when they were moving servers. Is that happening again now? Or has something else broken it?

So when does the next beta come out March 4th. Hope the retail version comes this year.

The ordering page STILL says February 4th as the release date, yet they have only just released a new beta?

I should clarify that I've had the Entrenchment Beta a little after it first became available. It was working perfectly fine until the Beta 2.0 came out and apparently unregistered my pre-existing copy.

Hmm... Your best bet would probably be to contact Stardock Support. I forget the Email, but it's not exactly a secret; just Google it.

double check the email address. It re-accepted my registration once I did that. My impulse account email apparently isnt the same as the paypal email.

The order page now reads Febreary 11th for me. We should just wait patiently, anyways. I want them to release a quality product, so they can take their time.

I'm content to wait patiently so long as I'm not lied to. They obviously knew well before the 4th that it wasn't going to be ready by the 4th, and yet kept the advertised release date as the 4th. As of now, they've lost all credibility with me.

I'll try this, the thought had skipped my mind.

To everyone else; Please take your discontent about delivery time, shipping dates or whatever somewhere else. I'm looking for help on my specific problem, not your dissatisfaction.

 

Edit; Thank you very much glsauron, it worked. Impulse now recognizes and allows me use of Entrenchment. Thanks a lot
