I currently have an unstable internet connection and am trying to resolve the issue with my ISP.

However, the game wants to DL from scratch every time the internet drops out, which leads to my question...

What is the point of having a client program (Impluse) to DL software if it cannot even pick-up from where the connection was lost?

I expect the data already downloaded should be saved somewhere so if the connection was lost you don't have to start again.

My last DL got to almost 1GB out of 1.19GB and I only had 200MB to go, as it stands this is just wasting my 25GB of usage available.

I would appreciate any assistance as I am losing my cool pretty quickly and trying my best to stay reasonable about the situation.
