Me and a friend have uncovered a few bugs while playing the mulitplayer version of the beta.

1. We could not upgrade any part of the starbases (multipule games)

2. I keep getting negative credits, metal, and crystals

3. For some reason I couldn't not see a fleet that was attacking my planets but my friend could (we had this problem on the orignal version too but it was fixed til now)

4. My friend could not see mines blowing up his stuff and for some reason I could see the mines with no ships I owned there and not treaties with the enemy.

How do I send a saved game and a recording to the devs?
