Im pretty new to Galciv but im a pretty experienced player in Civ4.
I have a few noob questions that have probably been asked before
but I didnt see any answers too.
1. When tech trading, is there any kind of clue to let you know how much a tech is worth?
I understand the green\red text letting you know if they will except the deal but im looking
for something that tells me Tech A is worth 100 pnts, etc. Like the beaker system in Civ4. With
so many techs available to research its hard to be able to judge a fair deal.
2. What is with the autopilot kicking in after I move a ship? For example, I will move my flagship
to an anomaly, it then tells me I have a 1% increase in trade or what ever, then it decides to move
on its own in a random direction. How do I make it wait for me to tell it to go someplace? Its anoying
having it go the opposite direction of the next anomaly to scan.
3. If I give an order to one of my ships to move across the galaxy, then each turn they move
a set distance and stop and the "turn" light lights up like I have moved all my ships. If I reselect that
same ship I can give it another order again and it will a little farther without actually pressing the "turn"
button. Is this a bug? or is it different then Civ4's "turn" button. In my last game I was constantly reisseuing
orders to my ships to get the max movement points but that gets old pretty quick.
Thanks
