IMO, the situation is not "Stardock hasn't given TA an official date", but they have given TA too many official dates.
At first it was scheduled on december, which after a vote was moved to january, then is end of march also be spoken at the beginning of this year...
Anyway, I am glad to hear the new release plan. I once thought we will never receive another beta patch just because of the too closing agenda. But now it seems there is still some more time for improvements.
