unable to register :(

hi, (sorry for my english, i am french ^^)

I have a problem for register my GalCiv2 :/

I have download stardock central but i cant register:

" The Email address you have entered does not match our records. Please try again"

My Email adress is valid and my cd-key too

But my game is an (occasion ? ) --> the game is not new

Someone can help me ?
