So errr...I must be blind. I've been searching the forums, and nothing mentions any special process for building a terror star, but I am just NOT finding it.
I've researched them in full. I have the latest beta version. I've looked in the shipyard interface under every design and template I can think of. I've checked every tab of every game menu and interface that I can think of, and I'm just not seeing terror stars, or any of their components, listed ANYwhere. What the heck retarded mistake is it that I'm making here?
Again, I've done all the research, and there hasn't been any United Planets vote against their use or anything of that nature. Am I just goofed up gamewise, or am I just making a big old user error here?
