But for the record, what do they do anyway? I've never seen any corresponding icon for any planetary improvements for the 'water-drop'let.
The bonus tile icons don't directly correspond to the ability icons that they affect. Anyway, this one in particular boosts the effects of morale improvements.
Usually early in the game, a fatal error occurs if an approval tile is clicked on to scroll down to see additional information - I'm sure the solution will be DON'T TOUCH IT THEN!
Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and copy/paste the contents into a post here. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem. The location you'll find the debug.err in varies depending on your game version:
