Hello again.

Every so often, the galactic map, the large one, not the mini-map, will somehow get locked into a scrolling phase. It will slowly scroll to one corner of the game map and stick there. I can left-click with the mouse, and re-center the map, but then it begins to scroll again. Normally, I have to restart the game entirely to get around this. Any help??
