Ok, i can offer treaties ( still unsure why they are called treaties tho ) but i cannot receive them. The option simply does not exist in the diplomacy screen, no matter how high my diplomacy skill is, my influence or my relation with that civ.
No civ has the option of offering me ( or for me to request it ) any kind of treaties.
They did not offer any treaties to other civs, i have checked.
Is this right?
