I'm new to the Galactic Civilizations game (just bought the gold edition with DL and DA), and I've been having some minor troubles with the game. The occasional crash, maybe some slowness due (more than likely) to shaky nvidia drivers for vista.

However, the reason for this post is simply one thing:

The level of customer support for this game has been nothing short of amazing.

I'm coming from another game (lets just call it World of BattleCraft), where the client/developer relationship pretty much sucked. My recent experiences with the stardock team has replenished my faith in customer support.

So, in case anyone from that team happens to read this post, you're doing an incredible job.

P.S. - and what makes this all even better is that the game is really fun too.
