In Dark Avatar, I've been using Influence starbases to grab a lot of the AI planets - but I've noticed that even when I influenced a really good planet with lots of factories, the MP points given in the planet build screen are no more than 2 MPs. In the Summary screen for the planet, it might say this planet has 100MP from all factories and improvements, etc - but in the Social or Military screens at the top of the planet screen I am only getting like 2MP.

This is independant of the domestic spend ratio - even if I up Social spending for all planets to 100% (and all my other planets Social / Military production goes up), these influenced planets don't give me any extra MP - it's still at 2 points.

This is making it way less handy to influence AI planets - in the end I receive extra population which is good, but I can never build anything on the planets with only 2MP.

Any ideas?
