Questions on some Super Projects

What do they do and usefulness?

There are 2 buildings in particular that I would like more information about. The info in game and in the Galactopedia is not very good.

1. Artificial Slave Center - says it increases military production. What does this mean, and is it only for the planet it is built on or is it a civilization wide bonus?

2. Secret Police Center - says it increases morale by 20%. Why would I ever build this when I can build VR Centers instead that boost morale by 40%? Is there another reason to build this?

It provides a civ-wide boost to shipbuilding speed, but it doesn't appear to list anywhere once you have it. Your ships do build noticeably faster though, by most reports.

Not really, AFAIK.

Not really, AFAIK.


Then it seems the Secret Police Center needs to be "fixed" somehow to make it worthwhile to build.

The police center does not require maintence if I recall correctly, that is the only thing I notice.

Is this documented somewhere? i thought only tge reeducation center did that.

Carn't be true... That seems to be a far too much of a significant fact for it to have been left out of it's ingame description if it was true. I mean that fact alone makes it far mor valuable than the morale boost... i mean how crazy to not mention this in the description???

Just built it and after seeing this thread earlier, I read the description real good. The only thing it says is about quelling the dissidents on the planet. I only take that as a part of the description of the approval boost though.
