Tutorials - How were they made?

I loved the in-game tutorials!

I was just curious, though, does anyone know the specific product that was used to create them? I know there are several such tools on the market like TechSmith's Camtasia and Macromedia's Captivate.

Would be interested in knowing which one was used for these, if that information is available!
