Whether or not you guys read this, I don't care. I figure I really can't embrass myself here

,
You guys at Stardock really outdone yourselves. Your coordination and willingless to work with the community exceeds any real expectation that one might bring.
I mean, I do not know exactly the kind of size you guys at Stardock are, but I can tell you that I forsee I long line of repeat customers as well as good publicity for your future. Although you have a "Smaller" brand of product, you overcome this decifit through quality work, dedication, and understanding of what the consumer wants. This is essential, as repeat customers, as well as good word of mouth, can bring more fortune in the long run then massive hype followed through frustrated customers.
It's like my father's Wireless Company. The Wireless industry, although big, is also select with it's consumers. In order for it to survive, repeat business is LIFE OR DEATH. In fact, I would rank that repeat customers for the Wireless industry are just as important as military contracters are for the government.
Same princple applies here. There is only a rather limited (but nevertheless growing) group of people who would play a game like this. Which is why it is so ever important for you to do prestigious acts as well as demonstrate yourself as a superior form of entertainment. And by this you have exceeded any real expectations (I haven't even seen GALCIV I) and I guarentee you that what was once a dead genre is kept alive through this actions, I can also see that if you continue optimal services, good word of mouth inevitably converts itself into Hype, and with Hype comes the good fortunes.
So all I can say is this, for you, only through continued work as well as excellent communication with the gamer (I could write on and on how important that is) I just am excited for what happens next.
There's also the mechanic of giving WHAT to include for the gamer itself. I'm no video game specialist, but all I can say is that I recommend your balance with what the gamer wants as well as including smaller features that you think should be in it. Which you have been doing all a long, I mean, you could discard this post and you'd still do just as fine.
Overall, excellent job. I hope other companies in the industry are able to pick up this key lesson...quality is essential to secure long term surival and profit. (I can think of a few entities, whom have recieved alot higher education then me, are unable to comprehend that thought)
