1. How do you transfer population from one colony to another? I tried loading a colony ship with 500 colonists, moving to the destination colony and then decreasing the number of colonists from 500 to 1 and then relaunching the colony ship. The colony ship launched with 1 colonist, but the other 499 did not seem to be added to the colony's population total.
2. Also, I tried moving one of my combat ships onto an enemy planet and was unable to. Is this correct? Does my ship have to contain a planetary invasion module?
