Some ideas to mod United Planets to make it a better feature in the game:
1) How can we reduce the time it takes for United Planets to convene? Can we convene it say every month instead of every year?
2) Is there anyway for us to vote or suggest on the topics brought up in United Planets, instead of being completely random?
