The number of Days to Complete changes when I view a planned build, to when I click Build and then changes again when I add something in Queue beneath it (Estimated time of completion continues to get less). In other words I am getting feedback that I will complete a project faster if put something in queue underneath.
My Contractor on the new project for Xeno Farming: " That will take 20 weeks"
Supreme Emperor: "Yes we need it, Build it! So let it be written, so let it be done" (I click Build)
The Contractor on the new project for Xeno Farming: " Your command has inspired us. That will only take 7 weeks"
Supreme Emperor's wife: "Honey, an entertainment center would be nice."
Supreme Emperor: "You heard the Supreme Empress Jessica Alba. SO let it be Written, so let it be done" (I click Build on my Entertainment project)
The Contractor on the new project for Xeno Farming and Enterainment Network: " Sire we have mysteriously found, some "subcontactor's"(read Avarian slaves) that will assist with our work on both projects. It should only take us about 4 weeks to complete the Xeno farms. It is better to not ask us how we do it, (wink) we just do it..."
