bugs I v noted in beta 3, 014.
intelligent ai, medium map...... torians get a precursor ranger after 120 turns. (around march 2227, noticed the actual ship 1. august same year, but his military strength graph showed a large spike around march that year). No gnn message for it though. Could be he built it somehow via the same bug mentioned elsewhere in this list.
In late game, when I m consolidated in my position and just playing the peace-game while I out-tech the ai, eventually the ai starts building political capital, manufacturing capital or economic capital every few turns, according to the gnn messages.
I v also experienced some kind of wierd mixing of displays when I go directly to one of my planet-screens, and a planet revolts to my side at the same time. (as mentioned elsewhere here)
Playing as a neutral, after researching xeno ethics, I win a planet via the up-event that gives a new planet to a player. The upgradeable tiles had to be manually upgraded, meaning I had to research soil enrichment, habitat improvement and teraforming.
Getting some wierd complaints from the Ai concerning arms-buildup. Sometimes they threaten me for building up for invasion, basically telling me to remove my fleets from their space, but it makes no sense. For instance a minor race located half the galaxy away, with 1 single planet, complaining about me putting some fleets well inside my sphere of influence, a long long long way away from it.
Random event where the scotlingas steal the full tech from another ai (torians as I recall in this example) and the event says they want to trade for planets..... didnt seem to work. Offered a planet (granted, not a nice planet but still a planet), and couldnt even get a basic tech from them for it. Could have been a weapon tech, I guess, I didnt consider it a bug at the time- but the event said they were interested in trading all that tech they stole......seems a bit counter-intuitive to me, that they still wanted grossly unfair trades, and refused to even trade some things no matter what. Why mention that they wanted to trade anything at all in the event? just say they got lucky and stole all the tech.
