I had everything diplomatic you could think of.Diplo tech as far as possible,Showcase planet special,diplomatic translators.
With all of that everybody had thier price to ally with me.finally I gave the Drengin 9,000 BC and they allied.
I had trade with everyone but one.
i kept being neutral as I thought it would screw things up going good.
I paid off the Drengin to stop a war with the Altarians.
Found a custom race config I am going to use for a while.
