While playing the game for about three hours or so, I'll move my fleets in for the kill and take over a planet or ten. Then the specified planet screen comes up so you can see what's on it etc, no problem. Then all of a sudden the colony management screen - the one with the rally point, starports, pops up. This happens now every time I end my turn. It's frustrating the white lightning out of me...

Anyone else experiencing this or is it just my luck?
