The main game menu is currently refusing to respond to mouse clicks. The cursor is present and moves when I move the mouse, but clicking on menu options does nothing. I can't start a new game or change my game options.

I first encountered this problem after turning on the hardware mouse cursor and setting the game display to windowed mode. I had intended to reset those options back to their default states to see if that would fix the problem, but unfortunately, the only way I know to do that is through the in-game options menu, which I cannot access.

Anyone have any ideas?
