i don't know if anyone else has seen this, or maybe someones commented on it and I just missed it, but at the top techs of getting approval, I had stadiums built (55% approval bonus I do believe), then got the VR tech, so upgrades, makes me happy, but the VR building only has a 40% approval bonus! Am I just missing something here, or is it just an oversight? (and i'm not sure if this is in the right thread, but seemed like a good enough place)
