Is there a problem with saved games in the latest version (1.0X.009)? While playing tonight I loaded a quicksave, purchased a ship on a planet, hit the turn button but nothing built. The ship still said zero turns left. Next turn it built, but it appears that no production occured on the turn after the load, all the power graphs had a dip down to zero in them.

I kept playing the game. Later on I loaded from a quicksave (due to a ship construction crash) and suddenly the borders were radically different, I had lost a massive amount of territory influence wise. Also the technology I was research now was going to take half again as long as it did before the load.
