Tribute?

In my income screen, I see 4 kind of income:
- Taxe
- Trade
- Tourism
- Tribute

Now, I understand the 3 first ( have been explained. While I needed the hint-screen to help me understand tourism), where does "tribute" comes from? I haven't bullied any small friend neighbour - yet -.

In a game I played the UN passed a monthly tax of 3 BC on planets within sectors controlled by another civilization. That showed up in my tribute bucket.

If you demand money, recieve gifted money, or possibly recieve money from the trading screen, it should show up there.
