Easy exploit/bug (unless I'm missing something)

Build a bunch (10-20) medium or Large hulls (just an empty hull) then upgrade them all to your best equipement. This will cost you anywhere from 30K-100K.

Don't worry. The next turn you'll be at -2000 credits.

Seems like a bug unless there is something else going on that I don't understand.
