Often, when playing as one of the pre-set races in the game, I will alter thier abilties (bonuses) to better fit my plan for victory in that specific game. My question is wether or not those changes are incorporated into subsequent AI players of that race. Could I make them all well adapted to counter my strategy, or make them all incompetent?
