Looks like you have already purchased the game with tokens since you posted. Actually, looks like you purchased two copies. If that was accidently please contact sales@stardock.com and let them know that and they can fix your account.
Anyway, not that you have purchased it you should be able to see the game as being downloadable in Stardock Central.
No problem. Sales will eliminate the extra copy (i.e. credit you) and you should be all set.
