A few times the game shut down on me, and a message came up if I wanted to send an error report to Microsoft.

The problem appears always to happen when a newly designed ship with a same name as an existing ship is being saved.
The name of the existing ship is usually not even part of the game I am playing but part of a previously played game.

Anybody else experiencing the same problem?
