There are at least some anomalies that are visible on the minimap (if you turn on the 'show anomalies' option) while they are completely invisible on the main map. I assume this is an error and the graphics are missing, so they don't show up.
I can send you the savegame file if you need to investigate it further.
Should be an easy bug to fix.
