Will it Run on Mine

Hi Will this game Run on My system i have this

1. Geforece 6800GT 256MB
2. 2GB Corsair XMS3200
3. 2x 160GB Hitachi Deskstar 7K250
4. EP-8KDA3+ Motherboard

You realize that not only did you loose 10 seconds reading the post, but 10 thinking up a reply, 10 typing it, and 10 spellchecking it (optional).

You should ask for your half minute at least ... or cut your losses at 10 seconds and move on.

OMG you guys, will this game run on my totally maxed out 5Ghz, 1024mb video, 4gb ram system?!

Also you did not mention what colour your case was, how you modded it, etc. It might not run on blue lit interiors!

On the contrary. While it won't run without the processor, it will run without the monitor. You just won't see it.

Unless you've got one of those handy neural jacks to plug into your CPU directly, of course. I wonder if you can get one of those installed for less than the cost of a fancy 19" LCD...

Fatal1ty induces bizzare laughter in me. I'm not completely sure why, but I think there's something about ridiculously hyped people/products that's funny (not that the AN8 mobo isn't good or anything).

I'll be running the game on a pretty ancient machine....

AMD Atlhon 1.2ghz processor
512 DDR Ram
ATi Radeon 9550 PRO

Hopefully it will run smooth at 1024x768.

hey you guys!
i'm wondering if the game will run on a system with a quad core CPU! I heard they will be comming out next year and i have my doubts...

The game will be so much forward of it's time.

You wanna hear my thoughts on this? I don't give a frak if it runs on your machine or not. I don't even know what a "Deskstar" is supposed to be. But as long as the system's not portable it's useless to me...

You know it is time for an upgrade when they start selling 'home desktop' systems that have better components than yours at the local computer shop. It is nothing $300 worth of pennies won't fix, howevar. *loads penny rolls into wheelbarrow*

I'm shocked nobody has come forward to brag/ask if the game will run on their brand new dual x1900 or 7800 or something

Mmhhhh.... Let me see.... If I knew anything about the Internet, I wouldn't go into a public forum and start a thread on what a great setup my system has just for the heck of it. Will it run on my XPS Gen2? Will it? Well, I don't know....

If you think that's bad, you should be glad you don't have my machine:

Athlon 1600+ (OC'ed to 1800+ or 1900+ equivalent)
640mb of PC133 SDRAM ( ! )
128mb Radeon 9600xt (the only part even remotely recently upgraded)

GC2 runs well enough as it is, but fortunately I'm building a new A64 box next week

Old skool RAM

A couple of friends of mine recently stripped 20 decommisioned 10-year old workstations of all the RAM and 4 GB Harddisks.
I wonder what they're gonna do with that junk *rolleyes*
